FREE REPAIR SERVICE : Exclusive and limited to the first 1000 SanifloDirect.ca customers.
That's right, SanifloDirect.ca customers get it all, even a free repair service.
For over 2 decades, the shop has been repairing and servicing Saniflo customers. My commitment to you. As long as I am willing and able, it would be my pleasure to offer you the best after sales service you have ever had.
Once beyond Saniflo's 3 year warranty, feel free to contact me for any repair services or technical guidance you may require. While within the warranty period, please contact Saniflo directly at 1-800-363-5874. If any issues arise please contact me directly, I am glad to assist.
To redeem the '1 time only' free repair service:
- Send me the pump
- A brief description of the problem,
- A copy of the invoice or receipt with order ID#.
Ensure your pump has been thoroughly cleaned out, bagged to prevent leaks. The pump must be securely packaged with proper padding for the rigors of travel. Do not ship porcelain it will break. Pumps that arrive damaged during transit will be documented and customer immediately notified for potential courier damage claim. It is important to insure your shipment according to the retail value.
Send your pump to the shop, located at 1154 Montee de Liesse. Montreal, Quebec,Canada H4S1J4. Please the visit the shop's site www.upflushers.com for additional information and how to properly package your unit in more detail.
Once the pump has arrived at the shop, I will personally inspect and professionally service your macerating toilet pump, free of any service charge(reg: $95.00). Charged items include: All parts, Deep cleaning fee(30$ at my discretion) and all freight charges associated.
