HASSLE-FREE RETURNS: Should you wish to return a un-used product within 30 days of delivery, Please enjoy our hassle-free return policy.

I try very hard to ensure my customers get the most accurate and easy to understand information and guidance I can provide. I think that once customers visit and complete the video’s on the FAQ page, I am confident you will select and order the appropriate pump system for the correct application all on your own. To Redeem your Hassle-Free Return:

• Within 30 days of delivery. Please send email to: info@saniflodirect.ca requesting a RGN (Return Goods Number).
• Purchase details and terms will be validated and delivery details provided.
• All shipping charges must be paid. All returns shipped ‘Collect’, will be refused and returned at customers expense.
• All used returns will be refused and no credit rewarded. Product can be returned at customers expense. 
• Returns will be inspected and customer notified.
• Shipping and handling charged are not applicable for credit.

Returns missing parts and or components, will either be refused or the value of missing items deducted from credit.
